DeKalb County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a pair of Decatur men for killing a man in a December shootout in Stone Mountain. Andre Wellington, 39, and Melvin Dillard, 34, were charged with murder in connection with the Dec. 8 shooting death of Nathan Junior Fisk, according to jail records. Fisk and another unnamed victim were shot during a shootout with Dillard and Wellington at the Weatherly Apartments, 1600 Weatherly Drive, in Stone Mountain, police said.
